Stakeholders and Expectations refers to the interested parties involved in or affected by the project.

Rationale:

Identifying these parties is important because stakeholders identify who has a stake in the project and asking creates transparency between the parties involved regarding how each party is contributing to the final project. It is important to identify the parties at the beginning of the project.

Recommended Methods: Interviewing, Persona Usage Scenarios, Standardized Criteria, Focus Groups, and Developmental Evaluation.
