A Hiring Process
* Identify the stakeholders * Figure out what you are looking for in the hire. Negotiate with the stakeholders to develop a reasonable list of desiderata. * Use the list of desiderata to write the job ad. * Advertise job and spread through network * Develop criteria and weight them (based on job ad.) * Develop questions based on important criteria. * Interview
