In this article, the author Haraway, Donna (1991) tried to illustrate the origin, state, and condition of feminism, socialism, and materialism, and how they were shaped and affected in the contemporary society. The author argued that patriarchy, colonialism, and capitalism are social realities that have been in existence long ago, which in effect resulted to gender, race, colour and other social ills today.

Political, social, and economic masculinity which the author called ‘cyborg’ is an imposition of control of planet earth by aristocrats, capitalists, and racial discrimination. This implies that man can go to any extent in order to achieve his goals through political, technological, and scientific means. Irrespective of this development, the author stated that there has never been a common understanding of unity to fight world-wide domination by the aristocrats-cum-capitalists-cum-racial discrimination.

Finally, in order for cooperation to exist among feminists and women, the role of information technology cannot be neglected because it provides good room for social interaction, and enhances communication through which they can carry-out campaigns for equality and liberation.
