Some general suggestions:
- Write our the text to your presentation and practice delivering it. If you write it out then you have a draft paper. You also have something to fall back on if you get nervous when presenting.
- Engage the audience. Look at them. Smile. Walk into the room if you can.
- Try to modulate your voice. Don't read a paper in a monotone voice. That will put folk to sleep.
